Teacher’s College at Columbia University’s Speech Production and Perception Lab is currently recruiting children (ages 5-17 years old) with cerebral palsy for their annual day camp for children with cerebral palsy. Children will learn techniques for improving their speech communication in the context of games, singing and dramatic play all in a fun, supportive environment full of opportunities to engage and communicate. Children will come to the Speech Production and Perception laboratory before and after the program so that their progress can be measured and feedback can be provided to parents. This 3 week program is FREE and fun and starts in early July 2015.

SPPL also has ongoing research projects (also a three week daycamp) in upper extremity (constraint and bimanual) and lower extremity treatments for qualifying children.
